In 2022, we started the construction of the Garant transport and logistics center with a maximum cargo turnover of up to 25.0 million tons per year.
The Garant Transport and Logistics Center is part of a cross-border crossing equipped with a railway bridge crossing on the section of the Russian–Chinese border, which allows exporting and importing a wide range of goods between the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China.
President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping designated the implemented project as one of the elements of a new system of partnership and strategic interaction between the two countries.
